Day #1 on the Lean P90X program – Core Synergistics.  This is an hour long program focusing, obviously, on the core.  Before starting the program I assumed it would be a lot of sit ups.


In fact, there are no sit ups in this program.

What there is is lots of variety, and lots of cardio, because many of the moves are done quickly, so you get a great core workout, but also get a cardio (and fat burning) workout as well.

My thoughts?  On day one I can report that my flexibility is lousy, and my core strength is lousy.  I couldn’t do all the moves.  However, that’s why I’m doing it; to improve.

I liked the workout, and we will see over time if I do get better at it.
